I love my ink glow tint from peripera to death… it's a year old now so I guess it's time to say goodbye, but I notice that when I use a lip tint frequently eventually it separates like this (pigment separates from the oils) and the texture changes to become a little more gooey. it's been separating ever since like 5 months into frequent use? it happened to my romand bare grape too after less than a year so I also threw that one out. neither of them were expired (expiry dates were late into 2025). idk if it's controversial do yall still use these or you let it go? 😭 and do you also keep lip tints past 1 year? 😶

it depends on how the lip tint feels on my lips. If they don’t feel comfortable anymore, I’d stop using them

i’ve had a peripera ink mood glowy tint for a little over a year now and i still use it because the texture is completely fine, it’s just the smell that has kinda changed (i am indeed one of those people that will keep using makeup past its expiration date if it looks fine and doesn’t give me any adverse reactions). funnily enough i haven’t really noticed it separating like yours.
