This is one coat OPI bubble bath and one coat OPI Put it in Neutral – in some lighting it looks perfect and others it looks too pink. Am I overthinking the color or should I go more neutral or lighter? Any suggestions for a base color for paler skin tones? I have very short nail beds so I have to use one that is relatively opaque.
