I got my PPU order in, and had a fatality. I’ve reached out customer service and hopefully they’ll be able to replace it, but it was the polish I was most excited about so I decanted it into an old x-treme wear bottle for at least one manicure.

I just got my first PPU order yesterday & was shocked they send it in a bag instead of a box. I was terrified something would be broken but no casualties for me luckily. Sorry for your loss 😥 hope they can make it right for you. That was really smart to try to save what you could! Stunning color 🩵
