A shimmer makes any cream so so magical. Here I have from L to R:

Fancy Gloss has several options in their [Toppers](https://fancyglosspolish.com/collections/toppers) section, like [Hypnotism](https://fancyglosspolish.com/products/hypnotism), which is a purple/magenta topper similar to the ones you have posted. They also have a “(color name) Goddess” series as well as a “Travel to (name of outer space place) series, the latter of which seem to be shifty duo- or multichrome toppers.
DVN Yucca in Bloom is technically photochromatic, but the effect is pretty subtle. I like both the colors (cream to pink) and the little flakies. Even at 3 coats it’s still fairly translucent for me
Starrily has a clear magnetic topper called Magma, I adore it! It’s a shifty orangey golden shimmer. Especially over a blue or purple shade. Doing it velvet might be fun! I’ll have to dig it out I haven’t used it in a while.
