Day 8 (!!) of this ½ & ½ mani, two terrific thermals from VoyageHues. I've never had a free edge hold up this well after day 2 or 3 before, let alone 8!
(These are solar too, but I have to avoid direct sun so solar's kind of wasted on me)

2 thin coats Polished for Days “Soft Focus Snow” base coat
1 thin coat Ellie Chase “Horsetail Strengthener”
1 coat Seche Vite
– Several hours drying time –
2 coats each (side-by-side) of Voyage Hues:
“San Francisco” (lemon warm > coral cool) &
“Salt Lake City” (peach warm > green cool)
1 coat Seche Vite
On about day 5, I put a very thin swipe of EC Horsetail on the free edges, for insurance. I do that with every mani that holds up that long.
My middle nails are always the shortest, sigh. I do dishes by hand (with gloves, but still) and my work includes cleaning plaster out of buckets. ‘Nuff said.
I love this idea. Looks so good.
