Vibrant Scents Double Bond Base and Fast & Hard Top coat.
Left hand: 3 thin coats of Cirque Colors Rose Jelly (warmer neutral)
1 thin coat of Mooncat Moondust topper for sparkle
Right hand: 3 thin coats of Cirque Colors Rosewater Jelly (cool toned neutral)
1 thin coat Mooncat Moondust topper for sparkle
I’ll probably end up stamping something on these just to give a bit more definition to my fingers. . . But for tonight, I just wanted to see which was the better look for my obnoxiously neutral skin tone.
I can pull off Peach Jelly just fine, but these are ROUGH on their own for me without a blurring base.
