Clinically-Inane on
Why do videos get oversaturated and entirely blown out when they’re posted? Annoying 😤
This is my first Sassy Sauce polish, A Comet’s Tail (*3 coats over Essie Smooth-E base and topped with Essie Gel Setter*) and it’s the first time I’ve used a magnetic for more than just swatching— I only owned Mooncat’s Cheshire Cat until now, and while that one is super pretty it’s also much much darker than what I tend to really like so I’ve never reached for it. I used the rectangle Mooncat magnet for this, held diagonally for a cat’s eye look
I. LOVE. THIS. FRIGGING. POLISH 🩶🩷💚
It’s subtle and not nearly as bright/saturated as the swatches I saw but regardless, *I LOVE ITTTT*
The base immediately made me think of it being Cancer season— it’s a very moondusty pale mocha grey that gives strong ✨lunarbaby✨ vibes , and the pale pink magnetic pull combined with the *super bright* large particle minty green shimmer (that’s not showing up well here unfortunately) is beyond stunning
This is a new fave for sure, it’s just too ethereal and lovely to not worm it’s way into my heart forever. I got Green Goddess at the same time I ordered this, and I can’t wait to try it because I suspect I’m going to be squealing over that one too. Magnetics are FUN even if they’re a ton of work (even when they’re subtle as fuck)
This shows the green shimmer well— it’s so glowy when it catches the light
vetiver-rose on
I recognized this one immediately – so pretty! I love how it doesn’t get the super strong cat eye line that some magnetics have but has the pink still shifting back and forth. I agree with you that the official swatches for it are really over saturated or using extreme lighting. But it’s so gorgeous in natural light!
