A recent post said it took five coats to reach the color showing in the swatches for this polish so of course I had to see for myself. Maybe different lighting is required, but the swatches show an end result that almost looks purple. The first two photos here are three coats, the third and fourth photos are four coats, and the fifth photo is five coats– lid askew to represent how unhinged I felt by this point. This is not ever going to dry y'all. That said, I do like the color and will wear it again, just maybe as a topper!
