my package came all fucked up š it looks like it was ran over???? only one nail polish is actually damaged but do I contact the delivery service or DVN??? iām so sad š
Oh no! Thatās so tragic. DVN doesnāt replace bottles damaged in delivery afaik (that was my impression when I recently ordered from them, but the shop is closed rn so itās hard to double check), the delivery service might be your best bet

I also got my DVN order today and while mine was certainly not this bad, all my boxes were slightly crushed, which sucks because one is a gift. They really ought to either use actual boxes or wrap in bubble wrap rather than just the paper. Looks like their website is down for maintenance (again) – maybe reach out on Instagram?
