Base: Sally Hansen Double Duty, Color: Spectrum Cosmetics Pandora, Topper: Franken-topper I made with iridescent flakes and holographic micro glitter, Topcoat: Mooncat Matte Made in Hell
I’m not usually bit on matte finishes but there’s just something special about it with iridescent flakes imo. Its hard to capture but it really brought everything together so well.
Also TIL that matte doesn’t cure all the layers of polish as well as other top coats and I should probably use a regular topcoat under the matte from now on. The more you know! 🌈⭐
