I ordered this in July to have Halloween/Fall lip colors. They shipped today. Over two months later. I just can’t imagine that this is a functioning beauty house. Two months for a few lipsticks? Has anyone else had this problem with them?

I don’t have any experience with them, but in my experience with indie/streetwear type of small house places, things can definitely take months, as they are made to order.
I’ve ordered a few times from them in the past. They usually take time to ship but they definitely ship around the expected shipping date.
I used to shop with them all the time. I stopped when the majority of their items became pre-orders. These may have been pre-orders and why they took so long. When in doubt, I know NM is transparent on their ToT and it should be in their faq.
