This is **Breakfast at Tilbury’s**, a franken palette.
Revamping this palette was the best thing I’ve done for this project the whole year! Yes, I’m not the happiest that I lost the progress on the matte, but I’m much happier using this palette each day now, and that must count for something. Besides, look at this humongous pan on Honeycomb! I’m using Honeycomb the most because I’m using it both as an eyeshadow and as a highlighter. Using this eyeshadow so often really proves to me that Charlotte Tilbury’s quality isn’t all it’s hyped up to be. Her shimmer formula hard pans easily and isn’t anything special, most of the glittery shimmers have a lot of fall out, and mattes aren’t anything world-changing. All of them are still good, but I don’t think they are 14 euros/dollars per shade good.
As we’re coming into the last quarter of the year, I’m wondering where this little palette will be by the end of the project. I’m also thinking of what my next year’s PTP will be and I’m 90% sure it will be another franken palette.
**Goals for September:**
* reach 80 uses on Sunny Side Up – Didn’t quite manage to reach this goal, but I came close. I counted up all the uses I “need” to reach across my eyeshadow collection, and will only have a 5-use per month goal for this eyeshadow for the rest of the year. I surpassed my original goal by a lot, and I don’t feel the need to push myself for a side pan or something like that.
* use A Nice Cup of Tea x10 – Also a relatively easy goal. I doubt I will be able to hit pan on it. I really packed it in there when I repressed it!
* hit pan on Honeycomb I hit pan on it on the 8th of September, on the 37th use this year. The pan expanded massively, and it is absolutely because I’m using it as a highlighter. I didn’t realise it was this thin when repressing it.
**Uses this month and total uses this year in brackets:**
* Sunny Side Up x5 (78)
* A Nice Cup of Tea x10 (110) * Honeycomb x24 (55)
**Goals for October:**
* use each eyeshadow x5 times
* use up Honeycomb
