Exactly what the title says! I have a new position at my job which requires some heavy lifting and sorting through dirty stuff. I wear press ons and have been giving my nails a 2 week break but I'm starting to get sick of looking at my natural nails and want to do a new set. I never really do them longer than this, but I know they could poke through the plastic/latex gloves we have at work. Does anyone have recommendations for work gloves that can cover long nails and possibly support them in case of breakage? Thank you!!

  1. Unfortunately, there’s a reason places that require heavy lifting have short nails in their dress code. It’s a safety hazard. Trust me, I’ve tried it and I’ve had too many close calls.

I hate the bare look too. I just paint my own nails with Essie gel couture and it’s good enough for me!

  2. Idk I had xxl nails and they fit in a size up surgical glove. I layered twice and it was fine.

However my line of work doesn’t require heavy lifting
