At a certain point the lid became hard to close/open, and then eventually I closed it once and I couldn’t get it to open again. My husband couldn’t get it to open again. After watching YouTube tutorials and looking up help online on Reddit, I finally managed to open this thing by throwing it hard on the ground. The lid popped off by itself then. Since that moment, I never put the lid back on. Glad to be done with this lol. The balm is really good but the packaging is a headache.
