This stunner is ‘Bad People’ by Phoenix Indie Polish. An intense purple crelly with fuschia-orange-gold shifting flakies. I used three coats (plus a glossy top coat) to get to this finish. Being a crelly, it was still a little translucent for my liking with two coats so that third coat really helped it to pop. As always, Phoenix has nailed it again!
