Literally just opened brand new Cosrx Vitamin C23 serum and it has this bright yellow color. I’ve used different vitamin C serum and know they can get oxidized, but I’ve never seen this color. Should I throw it away? Or does it still have its power?

No. I had the same problem when this first came out, and I returned it. This is not the color in their adverts.
If this is basically new then return it. This is basically gone. It should be pale yellow and transparent, at worst when you’re opening.
