I poured the black onto a ziploc bag and driped the colours into the puddle. I took a nail stamping scrapper and swiped it across the puddle. When the cells formed i moved the bag around to spread out the polish. When its dry enough to peel off and still rubbery ill put it on like a nail vinyl kinda. Until then I just stare at it.
