This time, I'm wearing Cuticula Neutralizer Base Coat, 2 coats of Cameo Colours Lacquers' Ghostly Guard, and ORLY Sec n' Dry Quick Dry Top Coat.
This one has kind of a denim vibe to it, I think. I can't see any particular holo to the flakes, but it probably needs sunlight to make that apparent. Still really pretty.
