In top-down views, not obvious. From the side, the thinness, how perfectly clear they are, and the fact that your middle nail bed isn’t covered makes them look pretty obviously like press-ons. The 4th picture specifically shows all the signs I’m referencing.
In real life, with hands moving, it’s probably somewhere in between. Nail obsessed people might notice, but most people won’t.
