Is this meant to be used as a toner? I only ask because it's marketed as a "Essence water" . Any feedback is appreciated, not only confirming whether it's used as a toner but what your experience is with it! Cheers ! by Drm5145

Was-never-here on September 7, 2024 3:18 pm Essences are usually a little thinner and more lightweight that toners, but their function is the same, and you use it in the same step as a toner
