This toner is refreshing and calming. It immediately suppresses your skin that is stimulated due to cleansing. You can apply it directly with your hands or use pads upto your preference.
This is not alcohol based and it contains hyaluronic acid, so it does not make your skin dry. It is easy to apply and its absorbance is great. It is not stimulating and its texture is also soft.
What was uncomfortable was, when I tilt the container, the toner flows out too much. So I preferred to use it by covering the container with pads before tilting the container.
8/10 Overall – This is recommended to those who don't want viscious hydration while being in need of skin suppression. Those who have dry skin might need to apply this toner multiple times. Wouldn't that be troublesome? You can try if you want!
