No base coat, black polish is garriy and red polish is risyal. Top coat is also risyal. Chrome powder is no brand
What I did:
1 coat of base color, top coat, rub in the chrome powder, then another too coat
It just looks sparkly, I brushed off the excess powder after applying it

!not a licensed nail tech! Take my advice with a grain of salt!
Try undercuring the topcoat a bit before applying the chrome. If you’re using a standard uv lamp cure it 50 seconds instead of 60, if you’re using a led uv lamp or a hybrid cure it 25 seconds instead of 30.
Additionally, try burnishing the chrome with a clean sponge after rubbing it in, this is usually the fix that works for me at least. Minimises sparkliness.
