New to using Cirque, but have been painting with all different brands for years.
Does anyone have tips/tricks? Because it smeared almost immediately. It was dry to the touch, but as soon as I put a little pressure on it, it started sliding right off my nail. I very seldom have this problem with other brands I’ve used.
I prepped my nails, like I usually do, and used the Olive & June serum and Nailtiques formula 2 for a base coat. Two coats of Cirque, with my usual dry time in between coats. Seche Vite for a top coat.
Any ideas?
