I have been using this toner for more than a month. The ingredients are really great. It contains centella, allantoin and panthenol. The brand is also advertising its pore contraction feature.
According to reviews on instagram, they say it is hydrating and calming. It definitely calms your reddish skin down. Of course, it can not remove your acne scars but overall red spots on my face have decreased. I think it is due to cooling effects. It is quite recommendable to people who have both oily and dry skin. I hated the oiliness when I tried hydrating toner due to my dry skin.
It is really watery and it has matt finishing even though it makes your skin glow. However, it does not mean your skin stays dry. That's what I like the most because I did not like it when skin care ingredients on my face are smearerd to my pillow lol.
Its quick absorbance to skin is also an advantage. IIt feels as if you applied nothing but you can notice that your skin is not dry anymore. I apply it to my face with pads and apply it once again with hands.
