Is she copying other brands again?

  1. This component (both) are pretty stock standard lol. Blurring and super smooth skin is also a huge trend right now. I think it’s more like she’s hoping on a trend like she did with her liquid lipsticks and eyelashes in 2013-2016. She either sets a trend (her brand of super glam, huge eyelashes that were worn by Kim K and more celebs in 2013+) or follows it (baking powders, this foundation.)

  2. I think those are sufficiently different to argue they’ve come up with it independently

  3. I agree with the others – it doesn’t really look like she’s copying Nyx to me.

I will say the packaging, font choice, and name are all giving me Makeup Revolution vibes, though!

Are you talking about the word “blur” lmao, that’s just a common word for foundation and concealer. That’s like arguing the Huda Beauty blush is copying the NARS blush because they both say “blush” on the front.

  5. I keep getting ads for Huda about the rebrand and it’s SO dramatic. Like ma’am, you just changed the logo. Relax! 🤣
