I did it! I posted about having trouble opening this bottle, and thanks to the responses I got, I was able to open it and use it again. I hadn't used this polish in like 10 years and was so bummed!
Thanks to /u/penguinboobs for giving me the water tip. Here are some pictures of the end result (pre clean-up. I was just so excited to post). Sadly, I lost the label in the cleanup process but I still know which color it is.

This is China glaze “Shower Together” (a color that I hadn’t been able to wear in 10 years), with some “Fairy dust” also by China Glaze on top. Everything is locked together by a thick coat of “Speed demon top coat” by Mooncat.
