Is this aegyo sal? (If not, what is)

A girl went up to me me today n said I had “aegyo-sal” and I recognized it as those like puffs under your eyes. But apparently people say you only have aegyo-sal if your rested expression also has it. Now I’m not sure if I have it or not, but my rested expression DOES NOT have aegyo sal, only when I do the “smiley eyes” do I have it. I posted the two photos for comparison. I just wanted clarification if aegyo-sal accounts for rested expressions or not. Ty
