I had fun using ILNP Fairy Dust as a topper! Now I wanna try it over a blue jelly base..

– Cirque Ridge Filler
– Cirque Marsala Jelly (1 coat)
– ILNP Fairy Dust (2 Coats)
– Cirque Looking Glass Top Coat
– Bow sticker from Aliexpress
*I’m trying to use up my stockpiled Cirque base/top coats. They’re pretty nice but IMO not worth the price without a discount, plus the brand has been having a lot of marketing/PR fails lately.
