Tower 28 has been a beauty guru favorite brand for years and their complexion products have been well received. I was expecting to see at least a few reviews by now (not only because I’m interested) but so far I’ve only seen Leah Jenae on YT and some TikTok “reviews.” Am I missing something? Did they not send out any PR for this launch?
