i picked this up from target because i liked the color. didn’t think too much on it, when i got home i realized it was a lot more sheer than i realized, so i went to google if it’s recommended to be used on a base coat or something.
to my surprise, the sticker on the bottle isnt what i have at all. so now i’m wondering, wtf do i have?? does anyone know?
