This is **Breakfast at Tilbury’s**, a franken palette.
My goals for June were not too grand, but after May which was a month with a lot of progress, I didn’t want to push myself too much and grow to resent this palette. I still think the progress on A Nice Cup of Tea (why did I give it such a lengthy name lol) is visible and encouraging. I also reached the 50 uses goal on Sunny Side Up, so I have half of my yearly goals (use up all three mattes and 50 uses on Sunny Side Up) done! Half at the half-year point is quite good if I can say so myself.
This month was also a month for discovering some more easy and flattering looks. First was pairing Sunny Side Up with a light pink matte and a shimmery pink blush – I find this is a very wearable and summer-appropriate look. I also found that pairing A Nice Cup of Tea (crease), Toast of the Town (all over the lid) and a light pink-blue duochrome (centre of the lid) looks wonderful. I’m looking forward to using them as my everyday makeup. I will try to focus on Toast of the Town in July, also pairing it with a light gold and an antique gold shimmers. Otherwise, I don’t think I will be able to use up this shade by the end of the year.

* This was easy to do. It’s a nice, everyday shimmer and I planned to wear it with A Nice Cup of Tea. This shimmer is original to this CT palette and it performs great, I really love it. Given how not every CT shimmer is as good as this one, I doubt I will be going out and buying more anytime soon.
* use A Nice Cup of Tea x10
* An easy goal which I surpassed by a bit. It is very easy to use and a nice crease colour, eliminating decision fatigue in the morning. I doubt I will be “making” more of it (by frankening/combining my pressed powder and Toast of the Town) since it’s moving very slowly. Oh well, we will see as the year goes on, there is still 6 months left.
