Phoenix Raise Your Hands, 3 coats.
This is a purple that shifts to pink and magenta. The shimmer is so smooth and fine, it glows from within. Formula was on the thick-ish side so I had to add quite a lot of thinner. But I seem to have that issue with a lot of Brazilian brands… maybe it has something to do with humidity of where it’s made vs the moisture-sucking air of where I live.
