Totally empty! I used and loved this little guy. I know some people don’t think much of eye creams but I have an extremely sensitive eye area and face moisturizers and lotions burn my eyes. This ELF eye cream doesn’t make my eyes sting, burn, or water. I bought a new pot of it. I’m really proud of myself for finishing this up.even though it’s small!
