Hii everyone, i tried blooming gel for the first time. I wanted to do tortoise shell Design, but the blooming gel turns uneven after putting black dots on the uncured blooming gel 🥲 .After curing and top coat they are still uneven as seen on the pictures
What am I doing wrong? 😕
