managed to grow out my natural nails for the first time in a long time, celebrating with a sheer sparkle

i had been getting gels over my natural nails for about a year up until May, but even before I was getting gels I'd always get one broken nail before the rest and file them all down before they could get this long… super happy with how they're looking these days 🙂

applied two coats of OPI Nail Envy in Pink to Envy, then two coats of the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri x Trolls in Sisterhood – honestly I love the sheer shimmer, but I may try a third coat to see how it builds up. I may also use it on top of another colour in the future… no top coat today cause I'm lazy!

I've also been practicing doing my own nails, and I'm really bad at flooding the cuticle and getting it on my skin along the sides, so I like that the sheer formula hides my mistakes while I practice lol
