idk what to flair this as but if you saw my tragic Grandma’s Kitchen Tile bottle from my DVN order, some people asked for an update, and here it is!!! I reached out with pictures and asked for them to send me a replacement bottle and they did with no problem 🙂 which makes me super happy because I really would have been disappointed if they didn’t. they also got back to me fairly quickly, as I emailed them on a weekend, and they got back the following monday ~~~~~~ woohoo!

  2. They seem to be doing better with their customer service. I had an entire package just disappear from the PO they use for their drop offs back in July, and they replaced it really quick.
