This is two beautiful easy coats of Monarch “Psycho” from September PPU. KB Shimmer Fillin Groovy Base, KB Shimmer QD topcoat clearly on top.
I really don’t own many flakie polishes, I usually find them hard to work with and annoying. This one went on beautifully in two coats I didn’t have any flakies poking out at the end of my nail. It also just was perfectly smooth after one coat of glossy top coat. Usually I find flakies can be really thirsty for top coat but I forgot to use my Smooth Moves. Luckily this polish is beautiful with just a regular quick dry top coat! 10/10 this has changed my mind about flakies and as my first polish from Monarch, I’m impressed!

Gorgeous! I have a love hate relationship with flakies. I love how they look but I hate when you get flakes sticking out where you don’t want them.
If you like thermals, I highly recommend “Northern Light My Fire” from LynBDesigns. It’s so pretty and the flakies behave themselves well in it.

Ooh bought this one too but haven’t worn it yet. I’m also hesitant about flakies but this color was so gorgeous I bought it anyway. Now I’m excited to use it for my next mani.
