October is going by so slowly, yet so quickly at the same time! I used ILNP Lockup as my base, followed by two coats of Holo Taco Waste of Space, all sealed in with Holo Taco Glossy Taco. This polish is so hard to photograph, but the red shimmer is gorgeous and so fitting for Halloween!
